Item not recieved

Hi there, i purchased an item payng using PAYPAL as a guest. the item didnt arrive. I have had no contact back from the seller. the resolution centre doesnt work as it cant find my item. I cannot get onto the paypal resolution system because i created my account after the purchase so it cant trace the item or purchase

have I lost my money?

No you haven't lost your money, but you do have to call Paypal and they will refund you whilst you are on the phone.
