Item not recieved. Buyer saying not recieved payment. Proof paypal paid for item.

Guess the seller is on managed payments and does not understand how it works.

ebay take the payment and then after taking fees the pay the remainder into the sellers bank.

It can take several days but they can check on the seller hub under Payments to see what the progress of the payment is. If it is there then they should have posted it

Just open a not received dispute

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing         

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

then you can open a  not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute

Cannot open ebay dispute, i clicked on item not recieved and it said item not paid. Paypal have paid. Seller has to put item paid, she cant because she hasnt recieved the money. Ebay have taken over her recent sales, apparently sometimes they do that.

If you have paid by paypal then it is ebay that you have paid if on managed payments but it should say Paid on the item. Does it say Paid on your purchase history?.What does it say on your paypal ?. Is it past the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing as you can not open a dispute until one day after that date.

Hi. Purchase history says. Pay now to avoid cancellation. When i click on purchase, it says paid. Paypal says paid. When i click on item not recieved, it says i havent paid. The purchase history is list of all things bought. Thats the bit that says pay now to avoid cancellation. I have literally rang paypal and they cant see the problem. The lady said ebay have taken over her sales. She says she has sent it even though she says she hasnt been paid. Am trying a paypal refund. They have said they have contacted her, but surely her contact details is the same as where my money has gone. Basically ebay saying i need to pay. Click on item it says its been paid but seller saying she hasnt recieved the money. It was a buy it now. So should of been simple.
