Item not received

I ordered an item, seller hasn't responded at all, I've messaged countless times. Raised with ebay, seller suddenly updated delivery details/tracking etc saying item delivered, it wasn't. EBay closed case. What should I do? I've raised it with PayPal. Also reported via Action fraud. How can I find seller info? To track down seller? No details on ebay. I've left a negative review.

EBay will Remove any Negative Feedback left for the Seller if they have Tracking to Confirm Delivery to your Postal Address. Items can go Missing. Have you checked with your Neighbours?  Also Check your Garden and your Bins and see if the Courier has left it in a "Safe Place" somewhere?
