Item not received

Hi, I sold an item to a buyer over 60 days ago but they've now just opened a case to say the item wasn't received. I didn't hear from them at all until now so what's my position? Do I need to refund? I can't find my proof of posting as it was a couple of months ago now. Thank you 🙂
