I made 3 purchases, 2 from same seller and 1 from different on March 4, 2020. I still have not received the items and have contacted the sellers. I waited for to contact as I know that due Covid19 epidemy there is major delays in shippings. It took 2 months to get my purchases from iHerb. Usually their products arrives in a week or two.
Now, reporting these cases through Ebay is really complicated as I can not check a box item not received as it is now shown in options on purchase details. I tried to look into resolution centre for advice and I can not find the item when I put the item number or purchase number.... eewww.... I'd love to get any tips how to solve this.
