Item not received

My daughter ordered an item as a guest and we can't find how to contact the seller to let them know just keep going round in circles how can we resolve this

Guest purchases do not appear in your eBay account ... if you paid through eBay checkout  using a card or available funds, you will have more success if you use the PayPal Resolution Centre to raise an 'Item not received' case there using any payment/transaction details you have ... otherwise contact your Bank Card issuer for advice >
