I ordered an item on 21 February 2021. Item did not arrive after 2 months. I opened a case against the seller.. they immediately said this was bad for them and asked me to close the case, I said only when I received the item, they then said can I wait another month... of course, now the case has been closed by eBay and I can no longer access the transaction and contact the seller.. can someone please help. It may only be a small amount of money, but it's the principle!!
