Item not received 2 months after posted

My buyer has today advised me that she has just noticed an item purchased from me has not been recvd.
This was sent over 2 months ago.
How long does she have to leave feedback and what is the time line to claim off the post office.
Thank you any help would be appreciated

You haven't told us what the tracking record states about delivery? This suggests that you may not have kept your postal receipt.

If not, it means an automatic refund if the buyer files a dispute under PayPal's 180 day buyer protection policy.

Yes, 180 days is six months! So, for example, if you post an item today the buyer can leave it until June to claim not to have received it. If you can't still provide a tracking number to prove that it was delivered, you have to refund them in full.

So check you postal receipt, if you still have it, and for the future be sure to keep your receipts for at least six months.
