Item not delivered but I’ve sent tracked

Hi I sent a parcel second class signed for added tracking nimber proof of postage but item hasn't been delivered Royal Mail are just saying it's out for delivered buyer has opened case what can I do ? Thanks

It has to show as Delivered for you to win a dispute.

The buyer opens the dispute and they can escalate the dispute after 3 full days to get their money back if the item does not show as Delivered

You need to deal with it before ebay step in as you will be left with the fees and a defect on your account.

If it is not delivered then you claim off RM

Sometimes the tracking is slow to update

You may be able to contact RM on their site and ask them about it.
