Item not as described

Recently purchased electrical extension lead that states "surge protection " on sales details, unfortunately after asking seller on three occasions they will not confirm.

no information on item or packaging.

Item works ok but is probably not surge protected , what would you do ?

you left positive feedback and looking at that listing I would not buy - Chinese seller with[?] stocks in UK and instruction on listing in bad English.

their advice for a buyer to refuse delivery of any damaged parcel is the incorrect advice, so why about other advice/instructions?

Quality of item is good just uncertainties of surge protection.
