Item not arrived

Ordered two (put you ) beds 21 June,supposed to be delivered 1 July,( as were needed for sleep over on 5 July.

had not turned up by 3rd July so contacted seller who said they were temporarily lost in transit,but were now on their way and would be with me by 7th: told them that I would require a refund as would have to re purchase locally to facilitate the sleep over.

They said that a refund would have to be done after delivery.

they didn't turn up on 7th

Then told they would be delivered 9th.

they didn't turn up

opened a dispute with eBay who said nothing they could do.

now they say they have been delivered!

Who say they have ben delivered? Ebay only go by TRACKED DELIVERY.

You should have opened a NOT RECEIVED CASE as soon a past the Delivey dat, that is the one quoted after purchase, seller cannot change the original delivery date.

eBay have said they’ve closed the case as tracking shows item delivered ,yet if I click on tracking info it says in transit?

You need to appeal the case. Go to Help and Contact and search 'Appeal a dispute'
