Its just what it says - this customer bought an item on 5th December and hs messaged me twice, first time 6 weeks later and again now. The item cost 3.85 inc postage. Should I just send a replacement, or has she left it so long that I now don't need to do anything?
It's too late for them to do anything via ebay but could still open a case with Paypal, although they may not realise that. So it's up to you really.
