I sold an item on EBay. I posted the item using ebays Packlink with UPS. UPS collected the item two weeks ago, but if I track the item, that's where the tracking stops.
i phoned UPS but the simply said 'the item is lost, we don't have any further tracking info'. I was then told I needed to contact ebay.
ive tried contacting ebay, but that doesn't seem possible at present.
The UPS package was sent insured. I've refunded the buyer, how do I make my claim to get my insured amount back?
