I sold something on eBay and it was lost by the shipping company. Now eBay has decided to pay out to the buyer witch is fine, with me then eBay claims I didn't provide them with enough evidence. Well I have screen shots of everything they need, so how do I upload these photos to eBay. It's not enough they can see all the messages to sent to the buyer, it's not enough I have tracking of the lost item and it's saw as hell not enough that I have a statement from the courier saying sorry it's lost our bad. So how do I give eBay even more evidence.
