I received a very thin item not the thick fluffy dressing gown I ordered as shown in the photo and ebay says they have a hong kong address it said it was located in London GB on the delivery panel the seller is saying it will cost me time and money to return and are trying to get me to accept a partial refund they said 30% then they changed it to 10 pounds the item is £18.95 and they will now not answer my messages when I am asking for a uk address to return it I am also asking for the courier to collect as it came by courier they are saying dont return except part refund and deal with it yourself what a complete con
