Item gone missing

A customer has sent me a message to say she hasn't received her parcel . I posted 19th June and have the proof of purchase . Do I have to pay full refund if it's not my fault

You will have to refund unless you have tracking that shows deilvery.    You can claim for yourself.   If Royal Mail you can get the form online or from your post office.
