How long ago did you list it?
When the site is busy, it can take up to 24 hours for items to appear in searches, though it is usually much faster. Even items listed at the same time, some may appear later, depending on how busy that category is.
Items have to be indexed first, they join a queue with the others waiting to be listed. Also, revising the item, will send it right to the back of the queue again.
As long as you can see the item in your My eBay >Selling, it is listed correctly, and it's just a question of waiting for it to appear in searches.
