My order didn't arrive it's been 2 and half weeks ago and I'm worrie about my money

Open a case now from the Resolution Centre,  for a case for item not received.

Escalate on day 4 if the seller does not refund you,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early on any promise or excuse the seller may make,  and do not forget to escalate.
