Item delivered but no collection code?

Hi, I ordered a Theraband ball.

The seller says the tracking says it's been delivered to my click and collect location on the 9th of June, yet I've not received a pick up code.

Any help appreciated.

You need to contact eBay CS asap . Go top of the page from the Help & Contact tab type in Click & Collect code required,  follow prompts to Call Us and scroll around for the Live Chat option,  Phone lines are down Covid has reduced staffing levels.  Lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 pm today.

You only have 7 days to retrieve your item from the CC point,  so I fear you may just be out of time.

Thanks tressygirl. They said the item stays at click and collect for 10-15 days. Hopefully it's still there! They are going to send a code for pickup.

Aaah thank you for that update! Things change so rapidly here because of Covid, Company trying to help extending deadlines. Good to know that it's now 10 15 days, mkes perfect sense! @natbur-9610
