I have paid for an item that Ebay then closed and I have not received it. I can not open the item in ebay to start s claim. Does anyone know how I proceed. Payment made via PayPal, but they direct me to ebay.
You may still receive your item, if not , then claim with Paypal.
Enter that eBay have removed the item from their site, ignore that it says go back to eBay, scroll past all that, and stay with the Paypal case. Escalate within 20 days for a refund.
