Hi all,
I bought an item that stopped working the next day. I contacted the seller who told me to open a case and return the item and that it was under 1 year warrantee so he would send me a replacement immediately on receiving the defective one. Today, i got a message from ebay saying they will not refund me the item as they have found in favour of the seller?!!
