Item damaged in transit by Packlink. Packlink refused to compensate me and implied that I lied.

My item I sold was damaged in transit by Packlink.  Even though I showed Packlink the photos of the damaged item, Packlink refused to offer me any compensation and more or less tried to say that the item was not damaged & I was lying.
