Does anyone know how to make a claim for item damaged during shipping with UPS. Item in perfect condition when shipped, arrived completely dented and unusable to the buyer.
Surely you should be asking UPS? Did you read their T & C before using them, many Couriers do not accept items that can be damaged so the logic here is they then don't accept claims for damage.
