Item collected but no QR code

My buyer has collected an item and left positive feedback but still list listed as not collected as he did not receive a QR code for me to scan.

I need to know how I can mark this as collected.

Go to the right of the Sold Item to More Actions and Mark as Paid and Dispatched. 

 

If you are on the Seller Hub go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage >> Print Postage Label, click on the Item and see the instructions top left of the Page.
