Item can't be marked as despached!!

Greeted this morning with yet another "glitch" in the masters coding.

 

Selected a couple of dozen lines to mark as despached and got a message "Sorry we couldn't mark  as despached at this time" or something along those lines.

 

Anyway, tried to mark despached from the top of orders list option, on the order itself, from the purchase details page, and also from the classic view.

 

Is this just another underhand way of eroding the "critical to maintain" service metrics of sellers??

 

I saw that they are touting a higher FVF for sellers falling below standard on their arbitary scales.

 

Always something to waste sellers time on a Monday morning in a rush to get to contact the Filipino hotline.....

Solution found to this...after trying several browsers without success, I was able to mark as despached on the mobile app.

 

Going to the computer, thankfully the items now were off the "Ready to daspach" list

Yep,  you are correct,  this is glitch number ****  .  Many are experiencing this,  you are not alone.
