What redress is there for a buyer when the seller seems to be cancelling the order after payment has been made.
Open an Item Not Received Case in the Resolution Centre one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date. Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in.
Leave Appropriate Feedback - Non Performing Seller.
get your refund and then leave feedback to reflect your experience - seller refused to honour transaction.
