Hello, I've recently sold an item that was paid for and the buyer came to collect it themselves. It still shows as ' arrange for collection ' in my account and I can't specify it has been collected without a barcode from the buyer. She doesn't have this info to give me and I don't want it to affect my ratings being at the status it is now. How can I mark this as collected without the help from the buyers input?
