Item at Chronopost of Roissy - France, past twelve days (its normal?)

Good morning,

I'm a portuguese citizen, my English is very poor (and i have some help of Google!) to use this comunity.

My question:

Is it normal for an item to be in the same station (Chronopost - Roissy, France) for so many days and indicate that I have already been contacted, via SMS and email, without this being true?

I never received any information about my order, except that indicated on Ebay. What should I do?

I ask for help, please.
