Item Sold but still showing as Active

Hi,

I have sold an item it is still showing as Active !!

Do I just delete the item?

It's a glitch on a Friday happens more often too,  as it's eBay's maintenance day.

I've had this happen to me several times,  and yes,  it is unnerving.

However,  click on the item listed for ' sale'.  You will see top left  it will state,   this item has sold.  There is also no way for anyone to buy the item again,  Buy it Now / Bid here,   is not present.

The  item will just disappear or just end it.  More Actions >>  End item,  or tick box left of item if on Seller Hub scroll up tp Actions >.  End item.

It would have been interesting to see the actual item?  Is it in your sold items AND your Active Items?

You obviously do not want to risk selling again, so deleting/ending would solve that problem, BUT you must be careful that it does not then appear again in Unsold Items with the risk of relisting.

If it is not in Sold Items then deleting/ending from Active items would remove all evidence that it existed!!

Hi, thanks for your comments. The item is showing in Active and Sold

On the Active greyed out is ‘This item is out of Stock’ I only set up for a quantity of one.
