Item Return issue

Hi,

I received an Item from a seller which is not in condition as described. I did a return request and sent photos  to prove my point . eBay sent me saying the seller  "Accept" your return request. Later, I got an email from the seller saying and I quote :  

(  I have received a message from eBay saying that I have accepted a return.I pressed the wrong button and in no way will accept a return.) and then she said that I should contact eBay to cancel her request. I tried to attached a snapshot of the message but coudn't do it here.

I am not happy with her reply as found that very puzzling and not acceptable. I feel that the seller is messing around with me, on one hand accept the return and on the other hand sending me a message saying do not return the item !.

Now, I don't know what to do as I have  already received the print return label from eBay.

Could you please advice?
