Hi There,

It would be nice to talk to someone at eBay. When I uploaded an item to sell I selected collect in person. The item has now been sold and eBay has asked to print of a label to post the item.

I'm confused please help.

the 'print postage label' appears on every sale,

as yours is a collection item you can just ignore it,

contact the buyer and give dates/times for them to collect the item.

No need to  talk to someone at eBay. Contact buyer to arrange collection and if possible get them to pay when they pick up.
