Issuing a refund on ebay

I'm trying to issue a refund on an item I sold on ebay, and i cannot for the likfe of me see how to do it? Can anybody help?? Thanks - Richard

if it's a full refund ask the buyer to open a relevant case on ebay and when you accept it the refund is automatic.    If item is to be returned get it back first.

If it's a partial refund (for postage, etc.) see how to give a partial refund in eBay managed payments or Paypal on here:
