Issues with links in the 'My EBay' page and within emails sent by EBay.

Hi.

Has anyone else had a problem with links not working lately both on the site and in the emails sent from EBay.

For example when I click the 'Active' or 'Sold' links in the Selling category it now always takes me to the 'All Selling' page and I have to then click again to see my 'Active' or 'Sold' items.

Also when an item sells, I get an email. I usually click on 'Contact Buyer' to send them a message but that now just seems to take me to my messages rather than the send message page.

I'm sure both of these used to work fine until fairly recently (a week or so ago).

I'm using Firefox, just wondering if something has changed or if it's a problem with my configuration.

Links on the MyEBay page seem to be have corrected for me now. Not sure whether it was my PC or something else changed.

But the 'Contact Buyer' link in old emails still only takes me to the messages page. Will see when I next sell an item if the email links are correct then.

There have been some glitches today, seem to have been fixed.

I know you think you are being polite contacting buyers, but ebay say it is not necessary, as when you mark items as posted, ebay automatically send buyer message,

some buyers don't like lots of ebay messages.

At 1 time, you got 5* for communication DSR if you didn't contact buyers.

Thanks for the comments. I know what you mean about buyers being funny. Some just ignore messages I send whilst others reply at length to thank me. The number of buyers that don't ever leave feedback is quite high as well. My feedback would probably be double what it is if everyone responded.

I agree leaving feedback is getting worse, but as it is voluntary no one has to leave it. If you look at some of questions on here, some people don't want to receive lots of ebay messages, it's find a happy medium for those who do.
