Is there anyway to proof my new eBay account?

Hi

I have won two items and already pay for them. But the seller said that he want to cancel due to my eBay account is new and the name shipping address is mismatch with my PayPal account that I used to make payment.

FYI, due to the name and address mismatched, I'm a foreigner and need help from a third service to get the items and transfer it to my local address. PayPal account is using my visa credit card that contains my local address.

Is there anyway for me to gain trust from seller? I want the items.

A seller only has full protection if they post to the name and address on the Paypal transaction for the item.

They cannot see what address you have registered on your Visa account.

Make sure the address in PP is the correct one , amend it,  and message the seller back.

Vietnam/USA registered account ... if the Seller does not ship to Vietnam, you cannot complete the transaction ... check with the US Community for further advice ... this is the UK site >

I understand this is UK site. I bought items from UK seller. I have third party service can help me get the items shipped with a UK address. The issue is seller isn't trust me as name and shipping address are mismatched with billing address in my PayPal. And also my eBay account is new.
