Is there any way I can send eBay customer service a Email?

Since eBay AU closed the email "customerhelp_au@ebay.com", I have to contact them via Chat and Seller Help. The Seller Help is basically useless like a dumb robot. And the customer service in the Chat often tries to dodge the problem and they seem that wanna finish the conversation quickly. Chat doesn't support the files and pictures neither. 

Does anyone have any idea which email address the sellers can send a proper email to eBay? So I can get my problems solved or explained properly.

then ask on there.
