Irritating Feedback Reminders

I purchased an item on the 31st October 2020 with Delivery estimated between Tue 12th January 2021 and Wed 24 February 2021 and a note that stated - Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing.   I keep getting irritating reminders  from eBay to Send Feedback – how can I stop these?

Go to the account tab on your MY ebay page then communications and check what you have there

On the communications tab have you got the feedback reminders set to none
It is almost at the bottom of the page
I have mine set to none and never get feedback reminders
