Why eBay not help? Return the item and fraud seller got it on 11th still no refund. I need my money back ASAP.

If you opened the dispute and returned it through a dispute then the seller should refund within 2 days

If they dont then you go back to the dispute in the resolution centre and escalate to ebay for them to step in

I tried all sources of help from the eBay. He is a fraud seller asking me to pay him first I need my money back. He is only demanding that I first pay him.it’s scam seller

Did you open a dispute as in my first reply? That is the way to deal with items that are faulty. You dont need all scources from ebay just the resolution centre at the bottom of the page. It is all automated
