Invoice for a returns label

I got an email from ebay that said here is your attached invoice for a returns abel

  But there is no attachment and no link to the attachment   and no hep from ebay  

How can I get this invoice?

Anyone know at all please?

Your question is confusing.

If you are buyer returning item, label will an attachment to case, usually free for you depending on reason for return.

If you are the seller & issued the label, ebay invoice you for the cost.
