Invoice bill

I have not sold anything on ebay for several years now, just started to sell several items a few days ago, and everything that I have ever bought was paid for straight away, but for about five years now every month I receive a bill for Twenty Three Pounds, I have asked ebay several times what it is for, and I get no reply whatsoever, it has started to annoy me now, as it has been going on for so long, so does anyone have the reason for this.

You only pay fees if you sell and not when you buy

To check your fees go to the account tab on your MY ebay page then Summary then Fees to see what you were charged for

If it has been happening for a long time then perhaps you did not have your account fees up to date

Thank you for your replies, I have just spoken to an ebay rep, and she has removed that charge now, but instead, I now have a bill for a set of **bleep** scales that I bought recently and sent back because they were broken on arrival, I was even given a refund by ebay of £17.50, and now they are saying that I owe then £26.00, I am really getting p****d off with ebay, do they actually know what they are doing, ( sometimes I do not think so ), thanks anyway

You need to check what is happening carefully instead of swearing on here.
There must be a reason for what is happening and ebay do not usually get their fees wrong.

Your reply does not make any sense.

Go back to the account tab then Summary then Fees and see what it says there.
Check all your account including Credits carefully

If they have cancelled the payment from your first post then it may not show straight away
Did you get an email from ebay confirming they have cancelled it
Did you receive your refund of £17.50 in your paypal or bank account


What are they saying the £26 is for?.

No sometimes the CS do not know what they are doing and say one thing and mean another
Did you check to see what the original bill for £23 was for
If it was a genuine fee that was owed then ebay dont usually cancel it but you never know
