International returns

Hi, I have an item that the buyer wants to return (they are in the States). I have accepted the return, but they want me to issue a return postage label. I can not find any way of doing this. I have asked them to pay and post it back and I will refund their costs, but apparently they have spoken to Ebay.com who have told them i can issue this label......anyone know if this can be done? and how.
