International postage after item sold.

An item I was selling in the UK, has been purchased by someone in Denmark. They did email me b4 buying to ask if I would ship abroad. My listing was marked for UK only. I advised the buyer the cost of postage to Europe was more than the cost of the item. The buyer then bought the item, I didn't change any settings as I was waiting fur a reply from them. Now the buyer says the cannot pay for the item until confirm/tick that I accept their order. It was a buy it now item.

What do I need to do, please?

It is up to you if you want to sell or not

If you tick accept then you have to make sure the postage to Denmark is on the acceptance form

If not  then you need to  send a new invoice with the postage to Denmark

You should be able to do that from your sold item on the seller hub.

Until you do they will not be able to pay

If you had decided not to sell then wait 4 days and ebay will send reminders to pay and then cancel the transaction

The buyer will get a non payment strike.
