Why when resisting an item was I told I would be charged 35 p when in my promotional offers section I am told I have over 200 free insertions left only pay when I sell?

 the free listings are for  listings of a longer duration,

your listings are only 3 day listings, they aren't included in the extra free listing offers,

once you have used your basic 20 free listings you are charged 35p a time,

list for a longer time if you don't want to pay 35p
