Hi, I have been charged insertion fees but I’m sure they are listed before listing the item. As far as I am aware, my listings have always been free or I would have noticed. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you looked at your Account/Invoice to see which items have been charged? This could give you some idea why.
What Promotional Offers have you got at the moment? Do you have more than the basic Free 20 Listings? The 100 Free listings per day are not an automatic entitlement and are offered at random. Do you use Automatic Relists as these are charged for except if they fall within the Free 20.
Highly unlikely but have you for some reason fallen below standard, your DSRs do not indicate any problems, but only you can see if you have any defects?
