l was charged £10 postage for a parcel that cost only £4 are sellers allowed to charge excessive postage?
Sellers are allowed to charge what P&P they like, if you think too expensive, find a better seller.
Always best to work out total cost of item, I.E. item price + P&P.
Ebay don't get involved in postage disputes, so is between you & seller.
