Increased postage

Hi, I have received payment for an item but have now been told to self-isolate by NHS Track and Trace so cannot get out to the Post Office for some time.  The buyer has agreed to pay the additional cost to have the item collected from my home tomorrow.  I have now paid this increased charge and wish to invoice the buyer accordingly.  I am struggling to find a way in which to do this despite searching online.  Is my only option to Refund the buyer and resell with the additional postage included?  Is this allowed and how would I do it?  Or is there another way?

Thanks in advance.

The buyer can send you the payment by paypal to your email address or by bank transfer.

Why are they paying the price when it is not their fault you can not get out.

Could you not get someone to post it for you?.

You should not refund the buyer without their agreement as if you do you pay the fees and a defect on your account

If they have paid already then you should send it without the extra

If you cancel then they can leave you feedback
