Incorrect refund of £9.70 sent to buyer out of my account when the buyer still has my item

this is so unfair the buyer now has a full refund & my item a white Broderie Anglaise Dress so how come she gets both & I  am out of pocket it should have been a partial refund, someone from your team of EBay was supposed to sort this out but i think I have been forgotten or are EBay taking my money that they have no right to take I want this sorted out & my money refunded failure to sort this mess out will mean me taking it further. The problem is it should have been a partial refund as I have never done a refund before I pressed the refund icon by mistake I explained this to a Member of ebay  who stated it would be sorted by giving me back the refund from the buyer's account  but it's been forgotten please sort this

If buyer opens ebay case & you fail to deal with it correctly, ebay refund buyer with your money & they keep item.

Ebay don't deal with part refunds, only full ones.

You should have issued returns label through case & refund on return.
