Incorrect nectar points

I have received 2 "order despatched emails" with the correct number of Nectar points awarded, but they have been incorrectly awarded on my Nectar statement.  I cannot find anywhere on the ebay website to send them a message regarding this problem.  I contacted Nectar over 2 weeks ago but haven't heard back from them.

Does anyone know what I do next.

If you go to the Nectar page through My eBay you will find a link to FAQs. One of them concerns inaccurate Nectar points. This is the answer given:

 

"You can check all your Nectar points activity when you log into your account at Nectar.com/myaccount. Please allow up to 28 days of your purchase date. However, If you think there's been a mistake, please contact the Nectar Helpline team by e-mail nectar_helpline@custhelp.com or call 0844 811 0811 from 8am to 8pm weekdays, and from 9am to 5pm on weekends and bank holidays."

 

It is Nectar you need to contact, not eBay.
