Impossible to find return address.

I am trying to return an item but I don't have the full address. The seller is not allowed to put his address in Messages so how do I return it?

Returns are not done through MESSAGES, you have to open a RETURN CASE. An ordinary change of mind return or NOT AS DESCRIBED. The address and label if appropriate comes through the case.

Seller only gets his selling fee refunded if done through a case. Refunding any other way and he also gets a damaging Defect.

I did open a case, and eBay says I have been refunded, but they have now closed the case without any return label or any information.

Why are you returning the item,  does the seller accept returns if this is not a case for item not as described?  If it is,  they have to accept the return and fully refund you.

Open that case in the Resolution Centre, if a case for item not as described,  the case will enforce the seller to pay and send you a fully tracked return postage label.

Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.  Do n ot close the case early and do not forget to escalate.
