I received a message from USPS via Ebay on Monday 21 st November 16 saying package ( USA) had been delivered,. False I received a card from Royal Mail today 23rd saying custom charge (good news in this case ) I paid the charge and collected the package. Delivered on 21st should have said local parcel collection office. Custom charge to be paid Hope this experience can be useful to somebody
