Hi,

I have 6 products selling with variations (colour, size, quantity). When I log in and go to Selling/Active I see all the products but no photo/image. If I click on a product I can see the image, so why not initially? Is it because there are various colours so the system doesn't know which to select? Or am I not doing something right?

Can you register someone else to your account as an IT person to help, so not an administrator?

the first thing you need to do is:-

Upgrade to a Business Account

then you need to customise your active page to show pictures
